Graduated from the Engineering Cybernetics Faculty, Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. In 2014 he got his PhD with a thesis on train control systems at Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. Since 2008 he has been working for NIIAS, JSC, was in charge of projects on the introduction of digital radiosignal-based systems of interval regulation of train movements, jointly Ansaldo STS. Since 2016 he is in charge of developing unmanned trains for RZD, OJSC.
