In 2007, Alexei graduated from the Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute (MIPHI) with a degree in International Relations, specializing in Science and Technology Cooperation.
His professional carrier started in Business Improvement with PWC in 2005. Then he worked for Delta Management for several years, where he participated in implementing operations consulting and investment projects.
From 2008 to 2011, Alexei served as an attaché at the Russian Embassy in Mexico, working on internal policy and economy. Upon returning to Russia in 2012, he joined the Moscow Office’s team of Frost & Sullivan. In 2013, he was appointed as Business Development Director in Russia and CIS, and in 2006, he became head of the company’s Russian business.
During his time with the company, he formed a pool of clients from automobile, machine-building, telecommunications, energy and IT industries. Under Alexei’s leadership, the company implemented projects on supporting M&A and IPO deals of large Russian and foreign companies, as well as projects on building development and new market entry strategies for Russian companies.
Alexei’s key competences are: building strategies to enter international markets and seek partners, strategic development consulting, technology market analysis, developing acceleration programs for companies, working with startups at different development stages, attracting investors.
Alexei is an independent member of the Investment Committee of Digital Evolution Ventures (Rosatom). He regularly speaks at large industry forums, conferences and actively communicates with media. He fluently speaks English and Spanish.
In February 2020, he joined NEO Center’s team as the Strategic Advisory Practice Partner.
